A walk along the Song Con River.

A very beautiful place. I got chased by a couple of dogs but they turned away once I charged them a little. All bark no bite.
The water buffalo could care less that I was there. I think they'd be fun to ride a little.
I had a typical viet dinner at a little place. I know that was chicken. The other stuff is supposed to be pork. But, there sure are a lot of water buffalo around...and I don't see no pigs!

Dong Hoi to Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park

10 February 2016. Hired a car to take me to the park area and a hotel. I got one night in one place because the Lake House resort only had two nights available. The drive was just 45 minutes from Dong Hoi.
